DAN V. is an anomaly!!!! My car decided to malfunction Easter evening and AAA was ZERO help. They strung me along for 4 hours so I gave up and called multiple tow companies in the area. One company I contacted recommended CTS and thank goodness they did! Dan V. came out with a flatbed and saved my night. He was patient and methodical avoiding further damage to the fender, treating it like his own. I almost settled for Seminole Towing & Recovery but after reading their reviews and realizing I could be another one of their victims, I canceled my request. I would highly recommend CTS to anyone in need of a tow. Not to mention, their prices are reasonable. Look no further, save yourself the stress and just make the call. THANK YOU DAN!!!!!!

Jeff did a tremendous job towing my BMW 750. He was personable and professional. I will use him for all of my vehicles from now on! If you want your vehicle towed with confidence…… this is your company!

CTS came out to hump and tow my modelS after it had run out of charge. The technician was helpful and did everything efficiently and with great care. He explained what he was doing and got me to a charging station. He even waited there a few extra minutes to make sure it was working. What a great experience getting my car towed. Never thought I would utter those words.

Took great care in towing my car, specialized tools were readily available and used to avoid damage. Technician was knowledgeable and polite.

Had a cool driver. I definitely suggest these people. I called a few other places but they never answered the phone it was late when I called the night before I called them back in the am still very helpful.. answered on the second maybe 3rd ring

I woke up this morning to go to work around 6am when I realized I had a flat tire with a screw in it. CTS arrived and I was greeted by a very kind driver named Mike B. He towed my vehicle for a very fair price. He even dropped me off so I made it to work on time! I highly recommend CTS.

So thankful to have had them help us move our 40' storage container to a different location. The driver, Rick, is the reason I'm leaving the review. My husband said he was the kindest person he has dealt with in a very long time. So mild tempered and amazing at his job. Hard to find people like this anymore and he is sure top notch. Fast professional service.. I called 3 different tow companies to get a 25,000lb man-lift unstuck.. Joe's was the worst quoted me $450/hr and told me I could probably find someone cheaper.. CTS arrived at the scheduled time pulled me out like it wasn't nothing and charged the price I was quoted on the phone.. will definitely be calling them first next time.. THANKS CTS TOWING 👍

I am a semi truck driver and was staying in the Clearwater area for a little while and needed some place to park my truck. I called up CTS and they had room for my truck and trailer. Great group of people to deal with especially Tina, she was a big help and seemed to go out of her way to make sure everything went well. My equipment was in a secure yard and felt very comfortable leaving it there. Will definitely go back anytime I'm down there. Thank You all !!!

My Tesla had a flat on Labor Day weekend on Clearwater beach. Even before arriving, Murph the driver, noticed my tesla and called to make sure I knew the shop I was dropping off to and if they had the special tire & knew how to service it. He was very knowledgeable about Tesla and was excellent at hearing my concern, educating me on options, and ultimately helping me decide to tow it to Tesla near my house to be dealt with when they open. Before leaving, he also offered me cold Coke and Water as it was 95 degrees. Highly recommend. These guys are true professionals. Thanks again! P.S. You know they’re good when they were recommended to me by another tow company who couldn’t get to me for 2hrs. They said call CTS. I guess that’s why they’ve been in business 18 years with great reviews.

Murph is a legend, and very good at his job. They took great care of the ‘67 GTO I was transporting.

Murph was AWESOME! My Tesla was stuck in DRIVE and needed to be towed. Not only could I not take my foot off the brake, the doors wouldn't open! Very stressful scenario, but Murph put me at ease and I was confident that my car (still in drive) would make it safely to the Tesla Service Center! He did a great job staying in tough before and after. Highly recommend and Murph in particular!

Murph has by far exceeded my expectations- I had a tool box needing to be moved to another body shop and he was able to do it within a day. No damages or anything! I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a great tow!

Tesla had set my appointment up for me on Saturday evening. He arrived Monday morning exactly at 9am and had my car up and on its way in about 5 minutes. Really great response time and knowledge about what was going on with my car.

Chuck from CTS delivered a PavVan container to my home. It was 20' long, 8' wide & 7' tall, placed in my drive right where I wanted it. In his effort to keep it off the side walk, it snugged the house by 3"... I feared he could hit the gutter trying to remove it. My fears were unwarranted, as Chuck has just pulled away and did a Very Impressive Job I Must say - Thanks Chuck... NICE WORK

HE DELIVERED OUR HUGE SEMI-SIZED STORAGE CONTAINER POD BY BACKING UP DOWN OUR SMALL ALLEY WAY, CLEARING OUR SMALL FENCED AREA, DROPPED THE CONTAINER SO SMOOTHLY, AND THEN WAS DONE ALL IN TEN MINUTES! Murph was amazing. Had my transmission go out. Murph showed up and got my jeep back to my place with no issues. Good conversation while loading and unloading jeep. Will definitely use again and highly recommend.

My tire got curbed and exploded. Tesla roadside sent CTS Murph over and he promptly got my car situated and delivered to destination with great care and communication. The communication he gave was superb. Called me en route, while he got to my car, texted me pictures before and after car was delivered. For a $120,000 car it was important to be handled with great care!

Thanks so much for y'alls help...Larry came to pick up pressure wash trailer tonight and he made the best out of a bad situation. My pressure wash trailer is very huge and he did everything he could all while making sure that my equipment remained safe and secure loading, transporting and unloading. We needed to move a 34' RV so we could get work done on our backyard. We were very happy with the price and quick service. The gentleman who came out was very courteous and I hope we get him again when we need to put the RV back. I get the feeling the job was somewhat more complicated than they bid for due to the narrow space between our house and yard coupled with the narrow residential street. He called a spotter to help him but made it seem like all he does all day long is move giant loads around tight turns. I definitely recommend CTS Towing and will be calling them again.

As manager of a container rental company in Tampa, I have used CTS many, many times to haul containers. They ALWAYS accommodate my needs. The drivers are friendly and professional and are often complimented by my customers. Bernie and Destiny in dispatch are the absolute best! They both have a "whatever it takes" attitude and they have never let me down. I have used many towing companies over the years. None of them come close to Clearwater Towing.

My mother got stuck on the curb and couldn’t get out - she was so anxious that she couldn’t even adequately explain to me what happened over the phone (I live 2.5 hours away, and this was at 10pm). Allen, the driver, arrived timely, was very patient with my mom, and was willing to speak to me to explain everything he did to make sure she got back on the road safely. His communication was a much appreciated, especially since I couldn’t be there for my mom in person. I would definitely recommend both Allen, and CTS Towing & Transport. Thank you, Allen!

How many ways can I say they're great!? From the initial phone call I made, to the tow truck arriving, they are professional and courteous. I say everything they did was A+ and all done at an amazingly reasonable price. They are the good guys of the tow truck business!

My mom's husband had an accident with her car this weekend. It is devastating to my mom and the car was towed by CTS. We got there this morning and spoke with Tina who was a wonderful person that explained everything to us in detail took us out back to view the car and get personal items and took care of my mom's payment and got us in and out quickly so that we could get my mom back home to relax because she is elderly and disabled. I want to thank Tina for being such a wonderful person and having the patience and kindness and knowledge and professionalism to work with my family and help put everything in order. Had just got off work and found my newer Tesla Model 3 with a screw in sidewall. I was going no where. Tesla contacted Clearwater Towing Service to tow me into Tesla Service center. To say the least I was worried. Tow my Tesla? Jeff D. showed up with the nicest flatbed tow truck I have seen. He put all my fears to rest. Jeff knows Tesla. He has been trained special on them. No tow hooks, no chains. My Model 3 was strapped down with tire straps, looked very safe. Jeff D. did a great job making me feel better on a bad night. I will never use anyone but CTS for my towing service. Thanks again Jeff and CTS.

On my way home from work, my transmission blew. I was stuck in the middle of 580 at rush hour. Kenny answered my call and was so concerned for me and got me a driver in no time at all. Jeff came to my rescue and was amazing! He was completely professional and courteous! If I'm ever in a pinch again this is exactly who I'm calling!

Never had to actually have something towed before but I had to have a 5th wheel trailer pulled from the dealer to the property, Donald M came out early in the morning and got the job done quick and simple, turned a huge headache for my family and I to a huge relief. Price was very cheap given they had to come to Hudson to tow it as well. Such amazing service and great guy all around. Thank you so much for everything Donald 🤘🏻

I would highly recommend this company to everyone...AAA sent two trucks,and neither driver would tow my car because I couldn’t put in neutral this guy wasn’t there 5 minutes hooked up a jump box and put it in neutral!!!Not to mention they showed up exactly when they said not a minute later. I believe the drivers name was Murphy truck #87 and dispatchers name was Bill.Both were extremely professional.

To all that may need a towing service. PLEASE,PLEASE by all means utilize this company. First a special thanks to the Clearwater location dispatcher I think her name is Brenda ( please forgive if that's not her name) I'm a retired police officer of 27 years in New Jersey and also a United States Army veteran. The service from this company was absolutely perfect from dispatch to tow truck driver. Steve the driver was extremely polite professional and courteous some things you cannot count on from other companies. My vehicle was located in a very bad intersection and I was told the arrival time would be 90 minutes , then I received a call back in the next 5 minutes and I was told my vehicle would be expedited. My vehicle was towed to a location without any problems and I was extremely grateful for the services that CTS provided. I wish I could give more than five stars. Don't ever be hesitant to utilize this company. Job well done

Stellar Service. 5+ Stars WOW!! Just WOW!! So grateful to CTS Towing!! Coordinating this tow while I’m out of state. From the office representative who coordinated the billing/towing appointment to Allen, who provided courteous, prompt, efficient response & safely towed my Mercedes Benz 550 to my Mechanics shop. Allen was extremely professional..he even followed up via text with photos of the car delivery and his interaction with my Mechanic!!

I had a bad situation the other morning and Bill was great at having a driver meet me at the yard to get my registration so I could get my release form. Then, after I got it Penny got another driver to meet me again at the tow yard to release my vehicle! The service was GREAT they towed my vehicle and respected it and everyone was so understanding!! Which all of this was outside of normal business hours!! I will use there service anytime! Thanks guys!!!!!!

CTS towing was excellent! Even tho they were busy the tow guy Steve came right on time, was super friendly and nice. Made sure I was satisfied and content with the service.
